Group Stage
At this time, 12 teams from the West Asian region and 12 teams from the Southeast Asian region will be divided into 6 groups. The teams in the same group will compete in a round-robin format of 2 times. After that, the top 3 teams in the group, the 1 runner-up team with the highest will continue to the knockout round of the region.
The 4 teams from the Central Asian, South Asian, and East Asian regions will compete similarly in a round-robin format within their group. After that, the top 3 teams in the group will advance to the inter-regional knockout round.
Knockout Stage
First is the West Asia regional knockout round. The top 3 teams in the group and 1 runner-up team will draw lots to compete in pairs with each other. Then, the two winning teams in the semi-finals will have a match in the regional final. From there, they will compete for a ticket to the final round of the entire tournament.
The Southeast Asia regional knockout round also takes place similarly. The top 3 teams in the group and 1 runner-up team of the region will draw lots to form pairs. Then, the organization form is similar to that of the West Asia regional knockout round.
The inter-regional knockout round will select the top 3 teams in the inter-regional group. Along with that is 1 winning team from the Southeast Asia region. All participate in a draw to form pairs. The two teams that win the match in the semi-finals will face each other to win a ticket to the final of the entire tournament.
Grand Final
In the grand final round, the champion of the West Asia region and the champion of the inter-regional region will face each other. The match will take place in a single time. In odd-numbered years, the final match will be held at the stadium of the inter-regional champion team. In even-numbered years, the match will be held at the stadium of the West Asia region champion team.
